A casual day in Paris

Anzeige/AD: Hi there with my third #pfw outfit. The last couple of weeks have been extremely cold in Europe. This past day though, temperatures climbed up and it finally started to feel like spring.

I spent a lot of time in Paris, running from one appointment to another. Whenever I have meetings or appointments, I always feel the need to dress up. That’s why I love to wear cozy and comfortable clothes in my free time. On my day off in Paris, I therefore decided to go for this super easy outfit. It was perfect for a nice stroll through the city and some sightseeing and shopping activities.

Even though my outfit is totally casual and relaxed, it looks put together and appropriate.

I really enjoyed my day and definitely chose the right outfit.

Stine Goya via Stylealbum

I immediately fell in love when I saw this beautiful two piece suit at my friend’s concept store. For those who don’t know Stylealbum yet, make sure to read the blogpost here. The suit is made by Stine Goya. As you can see in my previous blogpost here, I already wore a pair of beautiful velvet pants. Stine Goya is a privately owned independent label from Copenhagen. Stine started it up back in 2006. Over the past couple of years, Stine Goya became internationally recognized and is now sold world wide. According to Stine, fashion always has to be playful and artistic. Colorful and showy prints have been her signature style from day one. Although I’m not that much into bold colours when it comes to my outfits, I truly love her designs. Pastel colours, especially coral, have always been trademarks in her collections. Her new SS18 collection though, includes some styles that correspond to my ideal colour ideas.

How cool is this shirt in combination with those pants? I’m obsessed. The knit shirt has a loose silhouette, long sleeves and a classic collar. I love the small side slits and the cute gold star buttons. It is made of a black viscose blend with dark blue and golden woven stripes. The allover star print is a playful eye-catcher. The high waisted pants have a wide leg ( you can’t tell from the photos because I tucked them into my socks)and a loose fit. They are beyond comfortable due to their elastic waistband and soft material. I really like the versatility of the suit. Because of its beautiful golden details, it is suitable for both – day and night outfits. Paired with high heels and an elegant clutch, it perfectly works for a fancy evening out.

My Look in Paris

I decided to keep things simple and casual. For this reason I wore comfy sneakers instead of heels and a sporty cap instead of doing my hair. These Eytys sneakers were on my mind for ages. Unfortunately I was always too late and they were immediately sold out everywhere. This time though, I was super lucky and got my hands on a pair of black ones. I started a survey on Instastory a couple of weeks ago to see how you guys like the sneakers. Without a doubt, tastes are different and you all didn’t seem to come to terms with the Eytys shoes. However, I like to wear things that are unique and don’t meet every taste. I knew I would keep them anyway, no matter how the survey ends.

A classic trench coat always looks sophisticated and upgrades a sporty look. Can you tell I’m addicted to my Gucci belt bag? I could wear it every day.
